a project i co-desgined and built with Jonathan McCauley, James McSweeny and Anita McCarthy for our MSc in Multimedia systems, TCD grad show. It was held in the Cube, Project Arts Centre, Dublin.

for this project i designed and built an aluminium robotic skeleton from the waist up. i hand cut, bent and welded all of the aluminium pieces. the robot was motorised with 12 computer controlled servo motors and had a heart and brain made from fibre optic strands. through the use of infrared and sonar sensors, it reacted to the presence of people around it. the robot was surrounded by a 360 degree seemless display built by Jonny, James and Anita.
