Dance House [launch installation]

a video installation for the launch of Dance House, a dance rehearsal and performance facility on Foley st., Dublin. Designed by Paul Keogan, additional design and production by myself and Jonny McCauley.

we shot video of a number of dancers against a green screen in the foyer of dance house. the footage was then post-produced to appear as silhouettes against brightly coloured backgrounds. it ended up looking a little ipodish for our sins, but that was the brief! [yuk, don't like that word]. the footage was played back from four synchronised DVD players.
